Prepare for your claim
Ensure you have activated your product and have your product serial number and purchase receipt handy. -
Click ‘Claim now’ button
For claims in Australia, click ‘ Claim now AUSTRALIA’. For claims in New Zealand, click ‘Claim now NEW ZEALAND’. -
Sign in with your Trend Micro account
To claim your cashback you will be taken to the Trend Business Centre. Click on ‘Trend Micro Account’ to sign in with your Trend Micro account you set up when you activated your product. -
Complete redemption form
Fill in all required fields on redemption form and upload a copy of your receipt.
Please note: Only when you click the submit button will your claim be registered. You will get a confirmation screen and email with your cashback ticket ID if submission has been succesful. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved you can expect your cashback within 28 business days
